Penny Post

our latest newsletter

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old.

Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.

At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them.

Children in Need

On Friday 15th November we are raising money for Children in Need.  Children can come into school in their own clothing (preferably something yellow as this is the theme) along with a small donation of £1.00.  We will also be selling Children in Need merchandise such as pens, pins and bracelets.  All the money raised will help children across the UK struggling with their mental health and wellbeing and help to form better relationships.

Don’t forget to sign up for the Children in Need Coffee morning.

Thank you in advance for your generosity.

Poppy Appeal

Thank you to all the families who have bought items from the Poppy Appeal.  These will also be on sale next week.  Once we have been informed by The Royal British Legion the amount raised we will let you know.

Year 5 & 6 Parents Reminder:

We would like to remind parents of the children who walk home on their own that after  half-term, children will not be allowed to walk home on their own after any after-school clubs.

Christmas Fair

We will be holding a Christmas Fair again this year.  It will be on Friday 13th December in the afternoon.  The school will be closing at 1.15 p.m. to enable parents to attend with their child/ren.   More information will be sent nearer the time.
