Hello

I'm Paula, your new Community Pioneer for Co-op Academy Penny Oaks.

I am wanting to set up a parent group that arranges fund-raising events, parent classes and all round support for the local community.

It would be great to see as many of you as possible getting involved in this.

The first meeting will be on Wednesday 17^th April at 2.15 p.m. in the Bottom Hall.  There will be tea, coffee and cake available.  I would like to discuss the up and coming school fair, so please come with any ideas you may have.  Also, I'm looking at booking some ‘female only’ exercise classes in school if there are enough ladies interested.

Please complete the form Mrs. Spafford will be sending out via Parent Mail confirming your attendance.  Everyone that attends will be entered into a prize draw for a £10 Co-op Voucher.

          Parents Evening

Reminder:  Parents Evening this week was postponed due to Eid being on Wednesday.  It will now be on Wednesday 17^th April.  If you had an appointment, it will be at the same time but different day.  Any problems, please speak to Mrs. Spafford.

Easter Raffle

Thank you to everyone who bought tickets.  We raised £137.60.  Thank you again for your continued support.

On Thursday 18^th April at 9.00 a.m. the children in Yr. 2 will be holding an assembly.  Parents are welcome to attend.
